The main objective here is to compete in each level and win in a 1 on 1 race. You will fail the level if you end in second place. To get the advantage, you must use your toy car's weapon and shoot paintballs to slow down the opponent's race car. But you should remember that your opponent can shoot you too, so watch out! You will get prize money as well and purchase new upgrades or new race cars.

Overview:
Paintball Racers isn’t your typical racing game. It’s more like a battle themed racing dress that has a light themed nature to it. Apparently you’re also racing on the kitchen table with all those utensils and plates lying around. Race alone but you’re mostly racing with other cars on the road or table. Make sure you win the race as well as getting rid of those enemy cars.
Aesthetics:
Paintball Racers is a game that uses hand drawn animation in cartoonish presentations. The game looks shiny the way it is presented. It’s as if the cars and the foreground are laminated which makes the animation fluent. The other visual aesthetical parts like the light and shading are also good. The music does repeat but it’s like a typical Sunday drive at the beach which is also fine. The overall aesthetics of the game are all good in total
Gameplay:
The game is a 2D racing game where the players control their car by going from left to right although you would normally go right to the finish line. The controls are very tricky as you may end up flipping or spinning your car. You may simply get back up and continue the race. It is a racing game so the objective is to reach the finish line. When the level progresses you get to race against more cars. If you reach below third place then the level is failed. You should get to reach the third, second or first place to complete the level. Depending also on your place will determine how many stars you get. These stars though are simply a sign as to which place you ended up and you can always race those levels again. While racing is one thing, you can also have some fun as you can use your boosters. You can do some tricks whenever your car is airborne. There are also levels where there is only one enemy car or a boss that you need to defeat. The racing aspect is just one part of the game as the other part is the battle aspect. During racing, you can shoot your weapon that will hit enemy cars. If you hit them a lot then they will blow up but they’ll still come back. Think of it as a temporary setback for them as you cango ahead and finish the race. They can also do it to you as well as they are also armed with their guns and you have your own life bar. You will simply respawn should you get destroyed as well. You can also get coins in the trail. You can use these coins to upgrade your car. You can upgrade your car’s life bar, speed, booster gauge, wheel size and ammo limit. You can also use these coins to start the race with a boost in terms of speed, power or life. These boosts are for one time races only so make sure not to lose a race.
