In this video's i have showed how to fix camtasia studio software unsupported media type file. That means i have showed how to import unsupported videos to camtasia studio software.
Camtsia studio software does not supported some types of media files. Like as 3gp media file camtasia studio software does not support. If you try to import unsupported media files videos to camtasia studio software, you will see likely message It ''is either an unsupported media type or required codecs are not found'' In this reason you can not import Unsupported Media File like as 3gp media file to camtasia studio software.
Solution For import unsupported media files or fix camtasia studio software unsupported videos -
If you want to import sunsupported media files to camtasia studiao software or if you want fix camtasia studio software unsupported media type file, you have need to change some setting to your computer.
Go to the control panel option to your PC, then click view by option and click category and select small icon. Then you will see small icon of many tool, from here you have need to click file explore option and then you will see main menu of file explore option, then you have need to select view option, the you will see hide extension for unknown file types and you need deselect/unmask it. then apply and finally clink OK.
Finish setup go to you file and click right button of you mouse and select rename and just change format and give format mp4. Then click other place for done it. Then you will see a message and click yes. After finish all setup you can import unsupported media files or fix camtasia studio software unsupported media type file unsupported media type.
